Charles C. Isiminger, P.E.

Charlie Isiminger is a Professional Engineer and Principal of Isiminger & Stubbs Engineering. He has over 40 years of experience in the marine industry. In 1992, Charlie started Charles C. Isiminger, P.E. Consulting Engineers, Inc., which became Isiminger & Stubbs Engineering, Inc. Charlie’s expertise includes state (Florida) and federal environmental permit applications and processing, field observation of seagrasses, mangroves, and wetlands, Florida Sovereignty Submerged Land consulting, hydrographic analyses, and structural assessment of marine structures. Prior to Isiminger & Stubbs Engineering, Charlie worked for Gerald M. Ward, P.E. Consulting Engineers, Tampa Electric Company, Gee & Jenson Engineers Architects Planners, Inc., and Prosperity Dredging Company.

Education:  Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology (1983)
