Darwin C. Stubbs, P.E.

Darwin Stubbs is a Professional Engineer and Principal of Isiminger & Stubbs Engineering. He has 29 years of experience in the marine industry and has worked at the firm for 24 years. Darwin’s expertise includes Florida Department of Environmental Protection Coastal Construction Control Line permitting and coastal related building code consulting, floodplain management and floodplain related building code consulting, shoreline analysis, and wave/flood load analysis. Prior to Isiminger & Stubbs Engineering, Darwin worked for Humiston & Moore Engineers, was a graduate research assistant at the University of Florida, and was a cooperative undergraduate employee at Florida Power and Light.
