Mark Powell is a Professional Engineer and Principal of Isiminger & Stubbs Engineering. He has worked at the firm for more than 20 years. His expertise includes design (including contract document preparation and contract administration) of marine structures and dredging projects, construction observation for design projects, Florida Department of Environmental Protection Coastal Construction Control Line permitting and coastal related building code consulting, floodplain building code consulting, shoreline analysis, and wave/flood load analysis. Prior to Isiminger & Stubbs Engineering, Mark worked for Applied Technology & Management, Inc.
