Matt Butler is a Professional Engineer and Principal of Isiminger & Stubbs Engineering. He has worked at the firm for more than 17 years. His expertise includes state (Florida) and federal environmental permit applications and processing, field observation of seagrasses, mangroves, and wetlands, Florida Sovereignty Submerged Land consulting, permit compliance, mitigation assessment and design, design (including contract document preparation and contract administration) of marine structures and dredging projects, and construction observation for design projects. Prior to Isiminger & Stubbs Engineering, Matt worked for Galveston Party Boats, Inc. as a sales associate, fuel dock attendant, and deckhand.
